He serves as cofounder and lead consultant of Collaborative Teaching and Learning Group Consulting, president of the Virginia Association of Science Teachers, and Mentor Subcommittee chair for NSELA. Eric’s mission is to empower educators and inspire excellence across K–12 education and the workforce.
